Your tasks and responsibilities You will steer and oversee the relevant tasks to perform order-to-cash activities e.g. all commercial aspects during project realization, contract clarification (terms & conditions, legal review), SAP sales order processing, project controlling including non-conformance cost monitoring, customer invoicing You will be responsible for IFRS compliance and corresponding Revenue Recognition ensuring integrity of books and record; You will be responsible for submission and return of L/Gs related to projects and control all related reporting You will support A/R team to make sure that all needed documents are provided to customers. You will support to provide commercial advice and guidance to internal as well as external stakeholders You will be responsible to assist auditors and RIC/Compliance with all requests and clarifications You will ensure monthly reporting and control of all cost centers You will ensure that all activities are in line with our guidelines and legal framework. Your qualifications and experience Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent 3 years of experience in related business such as order management or logistics Experience with using SAP is preferred Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles Familiar with MS Office Suite Your attributes and skills Excellent English language, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong drive and focus with attention to details and results - oriented character Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate business. Maintain clean financial books and records. Ability to take ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks.
