Responsibilities/DutiesAssist the maintenance executive in the day to day operation especially in ArabicDevelop the maintenance management documents (strategy/policy/guidelines)Update the maintenance organizationGather the different weekly/monthly/yearly reports from the maintenance department to issue the report to the GMPrepare and develop the required customer presentationFollow-up the budget with the different maintenance departmentFollow-up the required actions from the HSQE departmentFollow-up the maintenance programInteract with NAT on the ongoing projects (Extensions, Rolling Stock)Follow-up the interface between the operation and the customerPromote the companys values, role modelling them within the business and with stakeholders at all levelsEnsure that the company maintains high standards of ethics and social responsibility through all transactionsSupport the implementation of robust processes across the operations activities with emphasis on safety and quality, liaising with QHSE Director Qualifications:Master Degree (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering)At least, 15 years relevant experience in railway project.Spent at minimum 10 years in the railway maintenance environment.Have an experience in the change management culture
