Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.Job role and responsibilityRoles and responsibilitiesMonitoring and Controlling projectCost&Progress

  • Manages projectcostplanning data (CBL, EAC & PCA) offline and in relevant tools.
  • Updates projectCBL according to approved changes in customer contract and/or project scope.
  • Updates EAC costs regularly to provide latest visibility on total project costs in collaboration with the operations director.
  • Ensures proper project set up in Nokia tools for cost collection (SAP, ERM Lawson, Tempus etc)
  • Manages subcontractor purchase ordering and invoicing processes.
  • Manages costs related to extra works, non-conformance costs (NCC) and sellable additional works, monitors risk contingency usage.
  • Periodic maintenance and tracking of project risk logs
  • Drives costconsciousness,transparency, awareness, and execution productivity.
  • Managesprogresstracking processes and tools.
  • Monitors and controls projectprogressperiodically.
  • Reviewscostimpact of project schedule, risks, and issues.
  • Monitor and continuously enhance efficiency on cost management
Your skills and experienceQualifications:
  • Finance related degree from a recognised University
  • Accounting qualification, CPA, ACCA
  • Masters degree will be an added advantage
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
