Job Description

Job Summary:The Brand Manager oversees a particular Brand or Brand line and follows up on the entire process, from the initial selection to distribution and overall sales.assist produce better outcome and achieve the set targets.General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monthly analysis of the e-commerce, digital marketing, and on ground marketing performances.
  • Monthly recommendations for the upcoming month activity (emailing, Social Media Calendar (SMC), advertising & on-site improvements).
  • Weekly analysis of Artificial Intelligence dashboard and create internal memo on any special insights collected.
  • Weekly meeting with Artificial Intelligence consultancy firm to create action plan according to insights/recommendations.
  • Monthly update of e-commerce product discounts accordingly
  • Enhance digital/social media targeting accordingly
  • Direct in-house marketing resources for e-commerce content creation and newsletters.
  • Weekly management of website activity and constantly test performance.
  • Manage website developer and all website technical relations.
  • Develop growth strategies and plans to meet targets assigned by top management and Financial Officer
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies o Monitor/manage events, campaigns, and initiatives taken by PR agencies for Abracadabra o Monitor retainers and compensation schemes concurrently with accounting department
  • Manage Sales initiatives by monitoring and gather data in excel for the following:
  • Ensure all sales team are properly managing and retaining relationships
  • Ensure e-commerce sales team is effectively managing customer feedback, post-
  • sale service, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure retail sales team are actively aware and engaging with marketing
  • campaigns, offers, and customer feedback.
  • Initiates ides for a loyalty program and Customer Service satisfaction scheme
  • Write marketing business proposals as needed
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer pains
  • Take initiative in eliminating customer pain points
  • Take initiative in enhancing customer experience
  • Researching business opportunities and viable sales income streams
  • Follow and report on industry trends locally and internationally
