Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONProject & EPC Manager will take leadership role to develop, direct and manage all Isolation Valves EPC/Consultants and working with ISV Accounts & Autosol Strategic accounts team for End User influences for Projects activities in the Western Region. This role reports into the Regional sales Manager Isolation Valves - Western Region. The Project & EPC Manager develops supports and implements growth strategies to achieve or exceed projects bookings targets for Western region. Engaging with customers directly and from time to time through LBPs for account represented by them will in all cases be essential for successful execution of the job function. He/She will engage with Key Engineering Office for early engagement in FEED to position Isolation valves Specification, Will also working and support other world areas for destination project.

  • Responsible for the EPCs across the country and create the market forecast
  • Develop and implement plans to drive and grow EPC/Consultants and End User accounts strategies across the region.
  • Building the relationship level with the EPC contractors as well as End User and extend support for offering the optimized solution
  • Engage early with the FEED EPCs to position ISV, Influence ISV specs and to forecast the demand on the project scope for ISV
  • Build strong network with EPCs and to conduct the technology exchange session for Isolation Valves solution
  • Co-ordinate with Emerson AutoSol team and EPC key account managers to leverage on ISV portfolio strength.
  • Meet or exceed territory financial objectives (budget, POR, etc) as required in support of the Isolation Valves business plan.
  • Develop an up to date project funnel with potential KOB1&2 opportunities in all stages of pursuit.
  • Analyze and develop plans to drive EPC/Consultants and End User agreements and preference for Isolation Valves product lines.
  • Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Business Units, GP3 and GPP teams to maximize pull-through content locally and Overseas.
  • Take a pro-active role in working with Global Project Pursuit Team and local sales representative to identify, qualify and pursue valves projects right from Pre FEED to achieve order conversion and maximize the potential for Isolation valves Business Unit.
  • Develop long-term relationships with senior management within EPC/Consultants and End User accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of Isolations Valves Business Unit.
  • Develop long term strategy to drive engagement across EPC/Consultants and End User in Non Oil and Gas sector.
  • Keep up to date with developments in industries and market trends.
  • Leverage the CRM tool and update the funnel.
  • Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions.
A candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of similar experience in a diversified environment..
