Job Description

?Review Zakat calculation and solve related issues? Develop and maintain financial data bases and assure data cleansing for SAP.? Recommend or develop efficient use of resources, policies & procedures, provide recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.? Review client contracts, agreements and assure compliance.? Review bank reconciliations, loan agreements and maintain a healthy relationship with banks.? Evaluate current business processes and provide the best to match SAP requirements.? Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, invoicing of customers, collections of receivables and payment of company payroll.? Ensure & monitor team for payroll verification & results on monthly basis.?? Participate in the development of the financial policies, processes and procedures in order to provide a consistent and disciplined approach to implementation of financial activities.?? Participate in formulation of various system, policies & procedures commensurate with the need of the Company.?? Maintain the KPI of the department and improvising the same.? Develop and maintain a highly spirited team through periodic performance evaluation and appraisal of all team members.? Train new staff and monitor staff performance including performance reviews? Provide technical financial advice and sharing of knowledge with all Department Managers & Section Heads and team members?within the financial discipline.? Periodically evaluate and review the financial system (ERP) and do the needful to improve the same whenever needed.? Ensure compliance of documentation and process according to company policy /procedures, ISO standards and Saudi law.? Develop effective relationships with the business to promote good relations across the organization.? Participate in internal & external Financial audit and ensure Finance records and team available for audit.? Address Finance related queries and requests from employees.?? Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes and suggest necesary effective enhancement.? Monitor and follow up SAP HCM pending workflow reports and co-ordinate with staff for timely completion of tasks with accuracy.? Define, identify Non-SAP data records and ensure weekly backup for availability of frequent reports.
