Employment: Full Time We are currently looking to recruit a Web Developer (MENA) to be based in Dubai, UAE. The position will be responsible for maintaining existing websites and managing new web development, web servers and integrations with other applications.Main areas of responsibility:Responsible for managing back-end services and data interchange between users and servers of websites.To develop server-side logic, to define and maintain central database ensuring high performance and responsiveness of request from front end.To integrate front-end elements into the application.Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules.Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.Designing and building of back-end solutions . REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate has 3-5 years of experience in similar role, strong knowledge of RESTful Web Servers and JSON, good proficiency in LAMP stack development.Other Knowledge & Skills required: Proficiency in OOP with a good understanding of MVC practicesWorking knowledge of various technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, JQuery and CSS3Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationUser authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environmentsProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitAPI IntegrationA basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary.
