Job Description

WEB DESIGN & MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST (With UI/UX experience ideally)The Web Design & Multimedia Specialist we are seeking will be creating web designs, online & social media ad designs, as well as multimedia campaigns including website & ad graphics, videos, animations, infographics and graphic designs using video/sound editing, pictures & graphics, video-clips, virtual reality and digital animation. This specialty covers the strategic and operational management and implementation of activities related to the conception, design, creation, development and production. Ideally, this role also covers the conception, design, creation, development, and implementation of website UI/UX.Web design & UI/UX Experience:

  • Designing engaging, responsive websites, LPs & integrating CMS programs & data feeds
  • Optimising sites for maximum speed and scalability
  • Employing industry and design best practice through website build process
  • Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
  • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and user interfaces
  • Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and info components
  • Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
  • Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
  • HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Adobe Suite ? Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, API web integration and experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)
Multimedia Specialism:
  • Creating multimedia campaigns/creatives: videos, animations, infographics and graphic designs
  • Experience in animation, writing, video production & editing, sound engineering & lighting etc
  • Skills and expertise in design packages such as Photoshop, In Design and After Effects
  • Post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, audio and color, and final editing.
  • Manage setting up lights, cameras and sound equipment for live video and photo shoots as needed.
  • Proficient in software including Microsoft Office, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After effects.
  • Solid understanding of HTML and Adobe XD required.
  • Experience with 2D and 3D animation and working with voice-over talent to provide inflection points, with the ability to time recorded voice-overs to video and motion content.
  • Familiar with website design, video technology, editing and animating.
  • Visual design skills (XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Animation and video software: Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Animate.
