Job Description

Preparation and Control

  1. SMC invoicing and SMC contracts for all branches of FAMCO
  2. Accounts receivable follow up with the business
  3. Units invoicing
  4. Monthly stock reconciliation and IND verification
  5. Capex requests for all divisions of FAMCO
  6. Recovery accounts review and analysis
  7. Budget upload in Sap / IFRP
  8. Arabic sale letter for units invoicing.
  9. Ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial processes
  10. Liaise with various AF Group departments like Group Legal, EIT, Group Admin, Group HR, etc.
Financial Reporting?
  1. Define key Financial performance KPIs and build measurement and governance dashboards around KPIs
  2. Evaluate Business decisions and review financial impacts
  3. Review and reconciliation of BS accounts
