Black & Grey HR is hiring for an exciting advance communications software company in the UAE.. Our client is looking to hire a Technical Sales Specialist who will be responsible to drive business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right product choices.<br /><br />- Actively and consistently seeks new customers within focus markets<br />- Researches customers needs and resolves problems<br />- Visits customers and potential customers to develop relationships, follow up on leads, set grower trials, close sales opportunities and provide technical information<br />- Meets established sales budget (revenue, profit, expense) goals<br />- Achieve key metrics (customer visits per weeks, prospect visits per week, trials conducted).<br />- Gives technical support in person, by email and phone<br />- Delivers sales presentations and closes sales in a professional manner<br />- Makes product recommendations and presentations to growers, distributors, and industry organizations in order to educate and inform.- Submits expense reports weekly<br />- Follows-up in a timely manner to voicemail and email requests from management, peers and other internal and external customers<br />- Manages major accounts; establishes long-term, ongoing relationships with multiple people in a customers organization.<br />- Travels with distributor sales representatives as well as travels alone to visit end user customers.<br />- Attends industry and distributor trade shows<br />- Provides feedback to internal teams as well as with sales peers regarding competition, pricing, and marketing opportunities.<br /><br />Requirements<br />- UC + PBX/IP-PBX experience (MSFT, Zoom and or Cisco equivalent).<br />- Extensive knowledge of fixed line telecommunication systems.<br />- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN communication systems Hand-on capabilities.<br />- Strong SIP protocol experience.<br />- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice - An Advantage.<br />- Knowledge of Contact Center solutions (Genesys, ININ, Avaya or others) - An Advantage.<br />- Willingness to travel throughout GCC region when needed.<br />- Fluent in in English.
