By staying on top of the global industry, platform updates and audience trends they lead the agency in building and implementing effective social media campaigns for our clients.As a Social Content Creator, you bring the brand vision to life through social content. You will be working alongside the agency?s Strategy, Creative and Studio teams to plan, create and publish content that transforms social strategies into attractive and engaging content that resonates with the target audience and fulfills the brand?s objectives in line with the best practices of the industry and mediums. Our Social Content Creators are creative, agile and have an eye for the fine details. They are constantly in touch with the best practices of social content and know what makes a brand stand out on social.Located next to good transport links in the heart of Dubai Media City, you will work in a meritocratic culture surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields. At AKQA, we?re committed to your career growth, as well as your work/life balance.ROLE REQUIREMENTSLead the content creation process for our brands, including working closely with the Creative and Studio teams for the ideation and development of content and writing engagement-led copies.Plan, create and publish engaging short-form video content as per the brands? strategies, audience insights and the platforms? trends and best practices.Cover live events using mobile phones through Stories, short-form video content, and photo content captured in real time.Lead on the ideation and execution of photo and video shoots and the transformation of captured assets into engaging social content.Maintain an on-going conversation with the brands audiences on social in the right tone of voice and a timely manner.Monitor trends within the Socialsphere and effectively apply them to enhance your day-to-day deliverables and long-term plans.QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICSProven experience creating creative, effective and engaging social content, including Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.Hands-on experience of social media platforms and techniques and strong knowledge of the elements that constitute engaging social content.Creative eye with a strong ability to weave immersive narratives through social content.Excellent command of the English language and the ability to use it to craft and edit engaging social copies and captions.A collaborative mindset with strong communication and organisation skills and keen attention to detail.Valid UAE driver?s license.CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS WILL BE PRIORITISEDPassion for the automotive industryArabic proficiencyAKQA is committed to developing wellbeing and supporting life choices for our team.
