In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.Role Summary:Lead growth of Johnson & Johnson Skincare brands across the Africa Turkey and Middle East region.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and lead implementation of strategic and operational plan to grow the skincare business, including: portfolio strategy for developed and emerging markets within AMET; mapping out multi-year pipeline; developing brand communication strategies; learning plans; professional plans.Development of a team of high performing individuals into a skincare team, united behind a vision of what J&J AMET wants to achieve in skincareDevelopment of a skincare culture within J&J AMET; critical to success will be engaging CD, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain partners behind a common vision.Integration of plans across all AMET markets (ie one plan that is able to be executed across markets from KSA through to Egypt & Pakistan)Management and control of BME spendingRepresentation of AMET cluster at key GFO engagements, such as RFLT meetings, in order to drive a pipeline and strategic agenda within EMEA that is aligned with AMET priorities.Lead the development of robust and innovative campaigns encompassing ATL, digital, PR in close partnership with agency partners (creative, media, PR).Taking a leadership role within J&J Marketing; leadership for one pillar of the roadmap; setting a culture of collaboration and talent development for the whole team & mentoring junior team members from across the department.QualificationsA minimum of 8 years of FMCG marketing experience specifically within personal care productsMarketing skincare experience a strong plusExcellent communication skills in English. Arabic and French is a strong plusProven track record in driving excellence in execution and performanceMust be able to work well in cross functional teams, both as a team player and a team leaderExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influenceStrong analytical thinkingStrong written and oral communication skills and presentation skillsWell-structured, focused & setting clear prioritiesProven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation.Ability to think strategically and creativelyOrganizational Skills ?
