Liaising with business clients daily, to meet their IT requirementsAdvising clients on new technologies that would complement their businessSupporting business clients with day to day IT issuesPreparing proposals for new projects/clientsImplementing larger IT projects including Server upgrades, business merges, office moves, PC roll outs etcAssisting the service desk team with support callsAssisting junior staff with their support ticketsWorking as a team player to meet with all our clients expectations and needsCompleting information on incident/tickets that were solved personally and close ticket in ticket systemEnsuring administration of products and devices dealt with are accurately recorded within the systemsHaving general input in growing Resolution IT.
