JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:. Define: Define the vision, success metrics and feature requirements. Own the product roadmap to achieve the goals and strategy for a key area of our business. . Represent: Represent the voice of the customer to make sound business decisions that solve key problems for the customer . Analyze: Extract actionable insights by analyzing, data and conducting market research to prioritize the most critical problems to solve through technology . Collaborate: Partner with business stakeholders, design, and engineering teams and drive an inclusive and innovation-focused culture of evaluating product ideas. Manage two-way communications with key stakeholders including senior management. . Execute: Drive execution by writing specs, creating mockups, conducting acceptance tests, and doing whatever it takes to launch features quickly across the organization . Lead: Lead cross-functional teams, mentor younger PMs and contribute towards building a stronger product culture at Nessa. Requirements: This may be the right next role for you if: . You have 6+ years of experience overall with at least 4 years of experience in product management roles with product companies. . You excel at both strategy and execution. You are equally comfortable at crafting a long term vision, going into the details of the release going next week and analysing the issues with what went live last month. . You love and understand technology. You dont need to have a background in software engineering (Bonus if you do), but you can have fairly intricate conversations with your tech teams. . You obsess about doing the right thing for your customers. You consider yourself a representative of the customer inside the organization and go above and beyond to understand their pain points. . You can go deep into data to drive actionable insights and then you can use those insights to ship amazing products for our customers. . You have excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills. You understand how to tell your story, listen to others viewpoints and then drive a decision thats the best for the customer and the business. . (Not required, but strongly preferred) You have an MBA (or a Masters Degree in a relevant field) from a Top Indian/Global Business School/University and/or a degree in Engineering from a top engineering college. . (Not required, but nice to have) You have experience mentoring/managing younger PMs #LI-SA1
