Senior ArchitectJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Lead the production of detailed and accurate construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules.?Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers, design architects, and engineers, to ensure that the drawings meet all project requirements.?Collaborate with external consultants, including structural engineers and engineers, to ensure that the drawings are coordinated with other disciplines.?Review construction documents and plans to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including local authorities in Dubai and Sharjah regulations.?Prepare and submit applications for permits and approvals, including responding to any requests for additional information or documentation.?Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for construction projects.?Maintain accurate records of all permits, licenses, and approvals, and ensure that all necessary renewals and extensions are obtained on time.?Participate in meetings with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to discuss and resolve any issues related to construction drawings or permits.?Mentor and train junior architects and draftsmen on best practices for producing construction drawings.?Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction documentation and detailing.Job Details :?with minimum experience of 10 years with knowledge of Local Authorities in Dubai & Sharjah regulations.?based in UAE.?In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements, particularly local authorities in Dubai and Sharjah regulations.?Strong technical skills, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate construction drawings using relevant software applications and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.?Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.?Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze complex construction documents and plans.?Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to construction drawings and permits.
