Background:Business Administration, Supply ChainJob description:- Act as single point of contact between Customer, Sales Manager, Production plants and cross functional departments to fulfill customer orders- Collecting and managing customer orders in SAP- Work closely with Sales, Logistics and finance team on keeping orders updated.- Maintaining the internal sales database- Assisting the sales team with analysis and presentations- Be able to handle customer and sales inquiries regarding order status or complaint resolution via email and phone. This would include pricing issues, shipping errors and other related issues as needed and handled with a sense of urgency.- Develop, prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports.
