We are looking for a bright and motivated Retail Store manager for the Modart Boutique at the Mall of EmiratesResponsibilities

In charge of recruitment, training, scheduling and supervising of employees
Responsible for meeting or exceeding store?s sales and profitability targets
Overseeing staff performance by coaching and regular feedback to staff
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Maintaining immaculate visual presentation of the store as per owner?s guidelines
Processing of incoming and outgoing inventory (placing and receiving orders with vendors, coordinating with logistics team, physical inventory counts)
Preparing annual budget for the store with scheduled expenses
Giving weekly and monthly performance reports for store and individual sales associates
Suggesting price mark-downs and managing all sales events approved by store owner
Modifying advertising activities based on store performance, and attending relevant industry events
Processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions correctly and accurately
Ensuring a safe environment for all Staff and Customers
Following loss prevention, security and legal protocols
