We are seeking a Property Consultant that specializes in Sales/Rental & off plan. (preferably a female Candidate )? Prospect potential clients looking to invest in DUBAI.? Follow and complete the paperwork process required to list a property and conclude a rental or sale.? Attend to sales queries and expand to viewing. Be well informed of the Real Estate market trends in Dubai.? Able to conduct a market appraisal/evaluation on properties.? The consultant shall introduce the company property owners, and/or sellers and buyers of property, who are interested in mandating the company to act as advisers and/or brokers for the sale or lease of a property.? Working on social media and portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Propspace, Company website & etc.Candidates must possess the following:? Drivers license a must and own car (preferred)? Knowledge of UAE market and real estate laws.? Strong English communication skills - verbal and written.? Proficient ability of a second language: Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Hindi is a plus.? Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Application.? Good negotiation and persuasion skills.? Ability to solve problems and can work under pressure.? Presentable and self-motivated individual training & leads provided.? Must be proficient on property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder, Bayut, Propspace, and social media sites such as , Instagram, Facebook, and etc.?
