Plan put a business plan to meet P&L. Set a Go-to-Market sales plan to cover territories, verticals and renewal business. Hire and manage sales team to deliver sales plans. Present monthly sales forecast and high pipeline accuracy to management. Meet pipeline generation and building healthy pipeline Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining standards for sale representatives Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales operations. Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients and business channels/alliances. Reporting to the Executive Board Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings and lead major deals closure. Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and services Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership Work along and collaborate with presales and post sales teams.
