Job Description

One of our German client who is into bolting technology is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator with minimum 3 years of experience.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & follow up quotations for new tools inquiry.
  • Prepare service repair quotations based on the inspection reports from the shopfloor.
  • Acknowledge of Customers LPO & Regularly updating status of the Orders to customers.
  • Update trackers (Inventory, Rental and Demo Tools).
  • Checking protocol to get the required parts.
  • Communicate with Germany for pricing.
  • Keep updating and recoding customer data base through SAP, Dynamics
  • Order Processing to the Supplier during the absence of logistic Manager.
  • Preparing Delivery documents (invoice, packing lists, delivery advice, COO, order confirmation).
  • Repairing customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
  • Coordination of logistics & procurementwith other suppliers.
  • Office administration (Gate passes, for shipments & persons.
  • General accounting tasks (book-keeping, and invoicing).
  • Basic customer communication.
  • Order management.
  • Proven experience in sales experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Candidate with experience in MS Office, especially MS Excel,
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
