-Greets and take orders of customers; including answering all inquiries (landline, mobile, Whastapp, Instagram and website) and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party-Inform customers about available products, ongoing sales, discounts and promotions-Give product suggestions to customers when needed-Assist customers in product selections based on their needs-Perform cash or credit card transactions for customer purchases-Handle cash register and manage cash receivable and payable-Arrange the product display areas in a visually appealing manner-Assist in keeping the store and stock area clean and orderly-Collaborate with sales team to offer quality customer services-Execute operational and sale techniques while extending outstanding services to customers-Follow merchandising standards and assist in merchandising tasks when needed-Handles cash transactions between customer and florist/coffee bar-Answers billing questions/issues from customers-Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures-Processes credit and debit cards, helping customers use card machine-Counts money back to customer in an accurate and concise manner-Assists in the opening and closing daily sales report which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits-Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy-Coordinate with retail staff for product inquiries and price checks-Process receipts and in store coupons for customers-Train and sometimes supervise new cashiers or retail workers-Assists in the maintenance of store front and retail displays-Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records-Count the cash in the drawer at the end of the day ensuring cash equals receipts-Performs daily, weekly and monthly audits of cash intake or cash drawers-Making sure florist/coffee bar gets the full and accurate detail of every order?-Making sure operations and logistics (delivery team) will reach the receiver/destination on time
