Reverse Engineering Specialist OverviewWe are seeking entry-level to senior-level Engineers to fulfill growth needs that we have. A minimum of a BS or AS degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.We require energetic self-starters who are detail oriented and have a great attitude. You will be responsible for end-to-end customer support of projects and will be the face of the company.Strong communication skills are required. This is a fast-paced environment where you will directly impact the bottom line. You will be working on teams or independently on projects.Some travel is required. Within UAE that is why a UAE driver license in mandatory.Essential Job FunctionsEnd to End customer support: we accompany our customers through their journey from investigation to delivery and sign-off, starting from contacting leads and engage in sales activities such as customer meetings and demonstrations, engage with prospects through their buying journey sharing information, documents, and quotations. And finally delivering solution and kick-off training.Our current engineering Solutions and services focuses on Reverse Engineering, and Additive Manufacturing.Continuous Learning:We employ the most advanced technology and software available. You will need to stay up to speed on many technologies. Since these are new and cutting-edge technologies you will be trained in them sequentially.Technologies:At the time being, were supporting the following technologies, Laser Scanning, Structured Light Systems, FDM, and SLA 3D Printing. And we are continuously exploring and adding the most advanced technologies.Customer and Internal Training:We train our customers in any technique that we use. We are also responsible for training our Engineering Co-ops and each other as we gain new methods/techniques.Report Writing:Many of our Communication with our customers are through reports. It is required to be professional, beautifully written, and visually captivating reports.Quoting:You will be asked to provide quote information. This is an essential responsibility as it directly affects profitability. As a solution and a service provider, we must turn our customer?s request for quotes very quickly.?The chosen candidates will have the opportunity to:??Demonstrate 3D printers and scanners at events, shows and in office.??Interact directly with customers to assist them with their own requirement.??Partner with Technical Support team to gain extensive knowledge in latest reverse engineering and additive manufacturing technologies??Train new customers on the proficient use of 3D printers and 3D scanners.Previous Experience That Would be HelpfulThe work that we do is remarkably diverse and the equipment that we is cutting edge. Because of the diversity of our customer base, we can use most Engineering backgrounds. we would not expect many people to have experience in all these areas, but the following would be helpful:??Previous exposure or experience working on Reverse engineering or additive manufacturing solutions.??Mechanical Engineering background.??Previous background in: Design, Manufacturing??Experience in any of the technologies that we employ.??Good written English and communication skills.??Skills in CAD design would be a plus.
