In your new role as Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee F&B operations and be responsible for engaging with our guests, supervising and supporting your team with daily activities.You will ensure service standards are met to the highest quality to ensure our guests experience meets their expectations.Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a team on a rotating roster, in a fast-paced environment.In your role, you have to exhibit the following skills and abilities:Reliable and responsible character, with exceptional follow up and attention to detail.Strong Managerial and Supervisory skills.Well-presented, organised and calm personality.Professional communication skills in English, additional languages are welcome.Be self-motivated with good energy levels, organized and work efficiently under pressureTeamwork spirit and delegation of work.Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.Tactfully employ suggestive selling, when appropriate and be able to up sell on Food & Beverage products.Proactive approach, with exceptional initiative and problem solving abilities to ensure the highest levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.Dependable, punctual and able to work on flexible working hours
