Regional Sales Manager - Construction EquipmentSalary: AED 23,000 + other benefitsLocation: DubaiTerritory: Middle EastJob Overview:

  • To maximize Customer Share of products and services, by promoting and selling through territory management, professional sales techniques and long-term customer and distributor relationships.
  • To prospect potential customers by visiting distributor territories
  • To be responsible for the territory and distributors, and sell company products at the best market price per guidelines set by the management
  • To meet the quarterly sales target set by the management.
  • To provide feedback to the Regional Business Manager through timely preparation of Monthly Report covering market developments, quotation activity, competition, lost orders, red flags and support required.
  • To train yourself in order to learn about the products in details, and be able to make a detailed presentation to the distributor regarding product benefit and competitor comparison, by following the ?train-the-trainer concept?.
  • To have an in-depth knowledge of the companys products, applications, customer types, market segments, and customer purchasing habits and transfer the information to the distributors.
?Essential Functions:
  • To understand and gather information about the market potential, competitor activities and new applications.
  • Must support the distributors when handling enquiries.
  • Must ensure proper and professional approach and follow up with distributors to maintain a strong and long relationship.
  • Must ensure proper follow up on payment collection from distributors
  • Coordinate with the distributors to ensure the correct inventory levels to ensure product availability in the market.
  • Coordinate with the aftermarket team to ensure distributor supports and trainings.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with the distributor to build more effective communications, to understand support needed, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
  • Represent the company at various events such as trade events locally and internationally
