Monitor, measure, and track overall commercial performance against the business plan.
Develop, negotiate, and manage all commercial agreements/contracts to mitigate risk and optimize opportunities.
Liaise with the Technical and Sales team to identify the best product mix based on the feedstock quality and mass balance according to market demand.
Evaluate and report on complex situations and potential opportunities/risks of variations in cost and schedule.
Review contract documents & technical specifications and coordinate with the Technical, Sales, Sourcing, and Operations team to identify potential risks and mitigation plans.
Review MTD / YTD actual information to
Ensure credibility of cost assumptions in the business plan.
Understand trends and variance.
Review and manage the risks inherent in client RFPs.
Maintain commercial tools such as key bidding documents, costing templates and proposal templates updated and logically structured.
Submit proposals in line with customer expectations and company policies.
Review process flows to ensure that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all stakeholders.
Interface with the Finance department to develop the best financial metrics associated with bonds, payment methodologies, and bank guarantees.
Ensure good practice and strict controls are implemented in relation to change orders, variations, claims, etc.
