Job Summary Property 365 Real Estate is now looking for sales consultants for the Dubai real estate market. You will be a self-motivated, passionate and have a proven track record in real estate or sales. You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.Job requirements;?Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.?Qualifying potential buyers?Setting appointments and attending viewings and following up on leads?Negotiating offers and contract negotiation?Maintain regular contact with all clientsRenumeration;?Training and real estate licence will be facilitated after successful completion the probationary period?Visa and medical insurance?Potential uncapped commission of AED50,000 + per month?50/50 commission split?25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays & Christmas?Incentives for top performers including luxury holidays, designer watches and suits.Other;?Car licence essential?Any nationality welcome?Languages - English compulsory written and spoken to European standards?Arabic / French / Spanish speaking is a bonusSkillsHard workingDedicatedSelf motivatedResilientDynamicSkills
