Requirements?????????With sales and real estate experienced is an advantage.?????????Knowledge about real estate, real estate market is preferred.?????????Experience is Business Development in order to identify new property listings?????????Manage portfolio of listings that you have ascertained. Calling leads and offering them property projects?????????Able to manage and register tenants/buyers interest. Follow up with contacted clients to arrange meetings.?????????Manage portfolio of tenants, with detailed information on their requirements.?????????Identify and handle a shortlist of properties to suit tenant?s needs?????????Arrange property viewing, able to negotiate in order to receive an offer?????????To be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your client?s interest?????????Proven sales experience. Achieving and exceeding the company target of all leasing and sales targets.?????????Should be presentable, physically neat and tidy.Job Types: Full-time, contract?
