Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent your job role responsibilities include

  • Generating Inventories
  • Approaching client leads to buying, selling, and renting property.
  • Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Determine clients? needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Become an expert on your property market, secondary/primary and area specialization.
  • Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
  • Conducting viewings/meeting with buyers and sellers.
  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Build a network with all prospects to ensure long-term/repetitive business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market, statistics of transactions, and project launches.
  • Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge.
