Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAE:?Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural and engineering drawings and specifications?Identify and analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks?Prepare and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender reports?Evaluate and negotiate bids from contractors and subcontractors?Analyze and compare bids and make recommendations to the project team?Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors?Ensure that all work meets quality standards and is completed to specifications?Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and status?Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standardsSkills :?Experience in the Preparation of Tender Documents based in UAE. ?A Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field?Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations in the UAE?Excellent communication and negotiation skills?Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications?Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel?Familiarity with construction contract documents and their administration?Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
