? Manage governmental activities including Visas, Trade License issues, Legal Permits, Sponsorship Relations, and cooperation with Ministries (Labour, Immigration, Health and other) in order to ensure a smooth administration process.? Organize periodic renewal of licenses, lease of agreements, visas and working permits in order to monitor properly and avoid any fines/penalties.? Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments.? Provide support and advise to other departments in legal procedural aspects that need special processing in ministries and government entities.? Research and secure company accommodation premises when requested.? Responsible for and monitor cancelled employees? exit to the country.? Prepare liquidation report for submission to Accounting Department of all the incurred expenses for visa,license, working permit along with general reports requested by GM.? follow up on all formalities related to Immigration, Labour and Medical Test requests, and handle their timely renewal by preparing all necessary documentation as per governmental regulations.? Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team, whenever applicable, to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.? Identify discrepancies with the current company headcount and with the declared headcount in the? Ministry of Labour and decide the appropriate action to handle each case.? Verify that received requests for visas, work permits, residence permits are properly registered, documented, approved and promptly processed through appropriate authorities.? Keep abreast of new rules and regulations as per Government announcements and seminars.? Control and audit on continuous basis internal processes which have financial implications on the company in order to avoid penalties and fines from the government.
