Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:? Responsible for managing successful execution of projects; Interface with customers and manage quality of every project undertaken for the company and its customers? Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis? Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget? Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility? Ensure resource availability and allocation.? Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.? Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.? Develop and maintain a risk assessment process to evaluate risk and provide risk mitigation measures.? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.? Report and escalate to management as needed.? Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.? Perform risk management to minimize project risks.? Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.? Analysis and Solution Definition? Interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems ? Document, business processes requirements, business specifications, reports etc. ? Assists in the collection and consolidation of required information and data ? Prepare business case along with business and development team? Project Execution ? Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. ? Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments. ? Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently. ? Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas. ? Functional / Technical Recommendation? Works with client personnel to identify required changes. ? Communicates needed changes to development team. Requirements :-? Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO or related areas as business analysts or equivalent.? Sound understanding of the BPO landscape. ? Experience in requirements gathering & documentation, functional specification documentation and use of case documentation.? Experience with working in BPO organizations understanding the priorities and nature of the services provided.? Experienced with the lifecycle in an PMP / Prince2 environment, desirably with experience also of traditional structured programmes? Knowledgeable about the latest in BPO solutions and who?s doing what, and full of ideas about how the best in BPO can be achieved? Should have played customer-facing role in either operations or technology groups? Experience with solution consulting, devising solutions, or domain consulting will be considered very favorably? Ability to work in a productive and cooperative way with a variety of people ranging from individual contributors to BU heads to other executives ? Strong written and communication skills and experience communicating effectively
