Position Title: Procurement SpecialistEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company is a provider of a wide range of medical and rehabilitation supplies and equipment to the healthcare industry.Job Role:Research potential vendorsCompare and evaluate offers from suppliersNegotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryEnter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databasesMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesMonitor stock levels and place orders as neededCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storageEnsure to obtain best fright rates and transit timeRequirements:Open to Arabic, Filipino, and Indian nationalsMale/Female, 38 years old and belowBachelors Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent certificationMedical background experience is a mustMinimum 2 years of experience on the same role in a medical firmGood knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)Hands-on experience with purchasing software
