Employment: Full Time Organize periodic renewal of company licenseSubmission of documentation to Immigration for visa applicationsSubmission of documentation to obtain licenses/ permits and efficient collection of Licenses/permits to take place when completedTake, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies,Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & service companies such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), and electricityOrganize employees files (soft and hard copy)Follow up employees documentation expiry/renewalIssue monthly reports on employees visa statusManage the online system for visa for LLC (Tasheel) and Free Zone (AXS) REQUIREMENTS: Good knowledge of UAE labour and commercial laws knowledge of GCC labor lawOrganized and efficientAdministration skillsGood Oral & written English Arabic preferredHigh school level5 to 7 years experience - Drivers license and car
