Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing beverages distribution organization and we are hiring an experienced order processing executive to join their Dubai team.The role is responsible for managing the entire order processing process from reviewing and verifying order information to order processing, shipment documentation and follow up. Role Summary

  • Administer all correspondence with customers and check for all order processes and maintain track of all shipping updates.
  • Order entry, generating picking list to shipment documentation and release.
  • Generate picking list, stock allocation, delivery documents, invoices and billing documentation, coordinate shipping releases.
  • Track inventory levels to ensure stocks are available.
  • Resolve issues to ensure completion of orders.
  • Process all change order requests, returns and credit notes.
  • Prepare daily updates of order status for sales team and clients.
  • Ensure sales orders and purchase orders are accurate to process orders.
  • Liaise with customers regarding stock, pricing and other order related matters.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years? UAE order processing in the food, beverages or FMCG sectors, following up for on-time delivery and providing customer service.
  • Experience of preparing quotations is an advantage.
  • Proficient use of Excel including V look up and Pivot tables.
Candidate Profile
  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates ? must be able to live and work in Dubai.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills.
  • Must be able to work with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Education
  • Bachelor?s degree
