Manage a team of floor staff, receptionist/caf? staff and cleaners.
Ensure the development of staff work schedules and recommend approval or dis-approval of leave requests to Operations Manager
Motivate the staff, organize team meeting as required to keep team informed of relevant information.
Responsible for addressing day to day performance issues in a timely manner.
Correspond with and provide regular reports to Operations Manager.
Maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free facility.
Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints from customers and subordinates
Personally, handle issues requiring or requesting the correspondence of a Manager.
Help with development and facilitation of the department training programs, manuals, and procedures under the supervision of the Operations Manager
Conduct frequent inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Host and lead groups of customers for events such birthday parties, school trips and corporate & team outings.
Enforce safety rules and ensure customers get the safest, most enjoyable experience possible whilst enthusiastically ensuring a party atmosphere like no other.
Whenever required, perform duties of Floor Staff as well.
