They are known for maintaining a significant number of properties and provides a wide array of services to prominent local and international companies in the United Arab Emirates.Job Role:Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment, for example, steam raising and distribution systems, hot and cold water systems, LPHW boilers, air conditioning and ventilation systems, catering equipment, electrical systemsCarry out planned maintenance, routine and use appropriate personal protective equipmentInterpret and work from drawings and specifications relating to new installations and use drawings and manuals to diagnose faults and maintain plant and equipmentInstall, maintain, and repair a range of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other equipment following appropriate trainingCarry out minor electrical repairs and safety checks and Carry out minor repairs to the building fabric and furnitureRouting checking & doing the preventive maintenance of Electrical Systems like MDB, SMDB, DB?s etc. & ACSystems like split, package units etc. & plumbing systemsRequirements:Male, 40 years old and belowDiploma or High School graduateMinimum 1-7 years of experience in the same position, preferably from a facilities management companyExcellent communication skillsCandidates who can start immediately will be preferred
