Manage the department operations and act as a point of contact to represent Projects and Development department for its day-to-day operation, supervision, monitoring, and control of the projects at various stages from its initiation stage to project completion.Work closely with Operations and interdepartmental stakeholders to efficiently execute all activities related to civil, structural, and theming works for the assigned project.Ensure readiness of all infrastructure, facility and attractions before the park opening date in compliance to technical specifications, statutory regulations, guidelines along with adherence of timelines, budget and Quality for all the assigned projects.Ensure partners comply with guidelines including the quality and safety aspects of construction.1.Manage a team of technical and creative experts to deliver the assigned projects in accordance with the project plan and development strategies.2.Work as a technical expert with strong understanding of all the operational and stakeholder requirements and pre-requisite of proposal in line with park requirements.[JV1]3.Prepare the projects execution programme and budget requirement; create a detailed work plan identifying the sequences of activities needed to successfully complete the project and determine the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.4.Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities, review the project schedule with the department head and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.5.Manage and review the Request for Quotation / Request for Proposal for assigned projects and development to identify right vendor / subcontractor. Analyze change requests, variations for cost, time and quality impact, and submit findings / recommendations to the department head.6.Provide technical and creative feedback and conduct evaluation for the proposals received from partners, consultants and contractors and ensure adherence and compliance to guidelines.7.Ensure implementation of all works related to project engineering, including overseeing contractors and consultants and ensure all activities are carried out efficiently to meet service level agreements.8.Ensure effective and safe design execution of structural elements and handing over plans are maintained to ensure all activities are carried out in an organized, coordinated and synchronized manner.Responsible for setting miles stones and tracking projects and to ensure completion of assigned projects in accordance with agreed time line and in compliance to quality that meets stakeholders [JV1]Please state what he/she is expected to achieve .
