The Director of the Logistics Services Sector is responsible to ensure that all Groups Logistics & Shipping network, including but not limited to {Freight Forwarding Air / Sea, Customs clearance and brokerage, Container services, Land Transportation, Project & Oversized Cargoes, Reefer Transports, Warehousing Services, Special Logistics (Exhibitions, Relocations & International Moving), 3PL and 4PL Services; and Shipping services} are all positioned to be a source of competitive advantage and capable of delivering the short-term and long-term performance results needed of the Logistics business. ????????The position holder will plan, direct and lead the Logistics & Shipping business sector, so that services are delivered on schedule and within time and quality standards.????????Responsible for strategically plan the Logistics & Shipping Services and defining and implementing effective programs to maintain and improve the competitive position and profitability of the Logistics & Shipping Sector in the Group.????????Where it is seen necessary, the job holder is responsible to establish new Logistics & Shipping Business lines for the Group, i.e.: Joint Ventures, Franchise Services ? etc.????????The job holder is responsible to deliver a solid and healthy business profitability (bottom-line).The job holder is responsible to work with the Business Development Department to study and evaluate new business opportunities, potential joint ventures, new Land Logistics & Shipping and Warehousing Services possibilities to generate more profitability for the Group.
