Male candidate?below 35 years old
Must have at least 3 years of experience in logistics operation?inside JAFZA
Knowledge of Import and Export documentation in a trading environment and ensure all documents meet Dubai customs regulations?(including use of E-Mirsal).
Keep track of the pre-alerts, original shipping documents & arrival dates. And ensure the shipment is cleared and delivered to our warehouse?within the free storage period.
Execution of export documentation requirements for shipment from warehouse to destinations, which includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Advice, HS Codes, Transfer of Ownership, Letter of Credits,?Certificate of Origin, MOFA legalization, and others.
Responsible for delivery and collection of company-related documentation, bank payments, and deposits,?pick up/drop off services for Senior Management, and all other driving-related administrative tasks.
With?valid UAE driving license?and own car.
