We work on all continents in more than 170 countries (excluding sanctioned countries).And right now we are looking for aLegal councel/Compliance officerwho is interested in developing together with the company, while working with our dynamic team.What do we expect from you:higher education in law;work experience of at least for three years in a similar position;confident knowledge of the current legislation;proficiency in English;Knowledge of Mandarin (Chinese) will be an additional advantage;working experience as a lawyer in a gambling/betting/financial/crypto activities will be an additional advantageworking experience in China, UAE or any additional country will be an additional advantageWhat legal tasks await you:development of the draft agreements of various types;verification of contracts drafts provided by contractors for compliance with the law;studying, analyzing, generalization the results of consideration of claims, disputes, the practice of changing, concluding, executing, terminating contracts;company registration and bank accounts opening;providing legal assistance to employees of structural units with the preparation and execution of various documents;working with government agencies (obtaining a license), ensuring that the company (site) complies with the terms of the license;registration of intellectual property rights.Compliance officer tasks include:Assess operational risksProvide financial crime compliance adviceCreating and implementing AML frameworks, procedures and policiesActing as a first point of contact for compliance concernsScreening paymentsTraining staff on compliance proceduresBeing a champion of compliance cultureDeveloping strategies for risk managementReviewing and auditing the organisation?s adherence to compliance proceduresRemaining up to date on current regulatory and compliance changesReporting compliance issues and recommending changesWe are a perfect match for you, if:You want to join the fintech industry and experience what its like to work for a fast growing company; the legal team is not isolated: you will work with compliance, finance, crypto, dealing, risk management, marketing, security and the development team on a daily basis.
