The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player, as well as experience building desktop applications from the ground up, supporting a team, and collaborating closely with management teams to advance strategic initiatives across the region.Requirements

• Experience programming in .NET 4.5, C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, XLM. Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio and Web Part creation.?
• Programming: Object Oriented, C/C++, Visual Studio, Latest .Net Framework using C#. .NET Core, Web Services. RESTful, JSON.
• Operating Systems: Familiar with Windows 2008/2010, Linux environments.
• Networking: Web and Client/Server Applications: TCP/IP, IIS, LAN and WAN concepts.
• Experience Office 365 & SharePoint Online is a must.?
• You have deep understanding of core CS ? including algorithms & data structures, operating systems, distributed systems, networking, and concurrent programming.
• You have experience and insight into designing, implementing, and supporting highly scalable cloud services from the ground up.
• You are a versatile programmer in Go, Java, Python.
• You are comfortable in working in a dynamic, fast-growing team environment.
• You can thrive in small team environment with minimal documentation and process.
• You have phenomenal Aptitude to deal with ambiguity, and enthusiasm to help tackle difficult issues.
• You will be collaborating across many participating teams, so good interpersonal skills, will help you success in this role.
• DevOps experience is plus.
• Experience with Power Bi, Power Automate and Power Apps is a must.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
• Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS pre-processing tools.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
• Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyse the SQL data is desired.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus.
• Experience with the development of enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• Experience in structured software analysis and design methodologies.
• Experience working in teams and/or leading small teams of software engineers.
• Proven track record of successfully completing web development efforts to the planned schedule and budget.
• Experience managing code base through Development to Product Support Environments using Team Foundation Server / Git Source Control.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for software products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high energy, and a high degree of flexibility to adapt to challenges and minute to minute changes.
• Independent problem solver able to troubleshoot and communicate technical software related information to diverse audiences.
• Experience working within Agile practices and knowledge of Agile values & principles.
• Proven experience with unit-testing, TDD. BDD/ATDD.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Exceptional understanding and experience of building applications in distributed systems architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven and RESTful Services).
• Experience working with Relational database and NoSQL (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis).
