The group has companies and offices in UAE, Cyprus, China, Indonesia, India and Philippines.Position SummaryThe Junior Project Manager is a full time role at Tradev Group and will be working under the Project Director (PD). This role is responsible for assisting the PD to execute and coordinate a variety of tasks between the company?s departments, partners and other regulation authorities.Responsibilities? Act as the point of contact among team members, clients and other external partners? Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner? Collect and archive documents, and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports? Conduct market researches and prepare for the reports? Format information for internal and external communication ? memos, emails, presentations, reports? Help to manage progress reports, timetables, and financial budgets? Coordinate and facilitate team communication? Have a thorough understanding of project objectives and goals, ensuring all parties have the resources needed? Other tasks assigned by the PD
