Your collaborationAs a Junior Business Analyst (m/f/d), you deal with the following tasks: * Translating business needs into technical specifications.* Developing and delivering quality reports to internal as well as external customers * Performing quality assurance checks on reports.* Conducting troubleshooting on BI models.* Using multiple data sources (like ERP NAV /SAP, Saleforce etc.) to generate reports to support business decision making and business performance monitoring.* Maintaining access rights and reload schedules involved.* Using statistical analysis and business KPIs effectively in reporting.* Conducting trainings and demos for the users To best perform the job, you should bring the following qualifications:Minimum Job Qualifications:* Bachelors degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Programming or related I.T concentration* Well versed in SQL scripting, VBA and Excel modeling* Prior knowledge of QlikSense or similar B.I. tools.* Excellent verbal and written communications skillsDesirable, but not Essential:* Prior knowledge of Dot net coding/Web service management* Prior knowledge of ERP Systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV/SAP or CRM tools like Salesforce.* Understanding of the need to use best practices for data model design principles, coding standards and interface design.* Hands-on experience, especially in multi-national environments.Clarity on your pathAt Swisslog Healthcare, we are constantly looking for people who shape and develop our company.
