The position of Jr. Graphic Designer to visually represent the InnerFight brands through imagery, videos, layouts, editing, website, graphics and any other marketing material. They are responsible for graphic design work, maintaining the website and the complete coordination of all web related content.?Graphic Design:????????Produce digital marketing material for all of the InnerFight brands???????Produce online marketing material for social media, mailers and website???????Listen to campaign briefs and be able to create content according to requirements???????Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using correct software???????Work with marketing team to produce final designs and amend after feedback???????Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelineWebsite coordination:???????Ensure well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices??????Posting and management of blog posts and web pages??????Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices??????Integrating data from various back-end services and databases??????Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site??????Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities??????Be responsible for Search Engine Optimisation??????Be responsible for all ecommerce ensuring practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing are updated regularly and to best affect??????Provide analytic reports of online sales??????Ensure Google Analytics is used efficiently to best serve the brand against its competitors?General:???????Maintain a high level of fitness and ensure you are promoting through actions a healthy lifestyle in line with the company?s brand and values???????Perform any other duties that is requested by management from time to time???????Attend company events where advised by management???????Produce all content according to the deadline given by management???????Adhere to performance goals set by management and continuously monitor own performance to improve and develop???????Ensure compliance to Company policies and values.
