Role and Responsibilities:The position holder is responsible for? Establishing, configuring & maintaining the company?s internal server system, software system and telephone network? Maintaining hardware; keeping inventory of hardware, telephones & laptops owned by the company? Managing website hosting; URL reservation; configuration of web mail server? Managing internet access; backing up data? Troubleshooting software-, hardware & network issues? Providing advice and counsel for company?s staff & management regarding IT related questions? Providing manuals, training & guidance for staff using the USI system; keeping in touch with USI company in order to resolve problems; monitoring activities on USI in order to ensure staff is using USI as needed? Create, maintain, update & implement an IT policy? Issuing attendance cards; ensuring employees are using attendance cards; providing related department with monthly print outs of attendance sheets?
