Be the front runner & game changer.?????????Encourage.?????????Inspire & be inspired.??Key accountabilitiesDesign, develop and project manage the delivery of new venues and new features within existing venues, from ideation, research, design, engineering, procurement, construction and fit-out?????????Overall accountability for developing and managing venue launch plans, ensuring cross-functional tasks to be delivered on time?????????Set-up and ownership of innovation pipeline of customer and brand relevant features, products and experiences to ensure category leadership of the BOUNCE business within the market.?????????The innovation pipeline should have the BOUNCE Vision, Mission and Purpose in mind long with the close eye on financial feasibility, consumer relevance and market competitiveness.?????????Manage the venue design process, working with consulting architects, engineers, and designers to optimise capacity, safety and customer experience?????????Assist with site selection and leasing negotiations for new venues in line with budgets and a profitable financial model for sustained and repeatable revenue growth.?????????Project manage the construction and fit out of new venue builds?????????Manage all projects to strict budget and timeline guides.?????????Manage the procurement process, setting up cost effective supply arrangements for venue features?????????Provide regular updates to the Leadership team on industry trends and innovations that would be relevant to BOUNCE and its expansion plans.?????????Ensure the design and fit-out of all venues meets all relevant industry and local regulatory standards?????????Form part of the senior management team, providing input into strategic planning and driving tactical projects that drive business performance.?????????Be a leader of the broader business, leading by example and living the BOUNCE values at all times?????????Participate in the business? strategic planning processes and take ownership of relevant projects??Other Duties?????????Other duties or projects as directed by the COO or CEO from time to time.?Values & Behaviours?????????Lead by example by living BOUNCE Values on a day to day basis and encourage and help all team members to do the same?????????Positively influence and maintain the BOUNCE culture through direct and indirect action as needed?????????Take every opportunity to promote the BOUNCE Vision, Purpose and Mission both internally and externally?
