Responsibilities:???????Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance???????Handling insurance-related issues???????Administration of all labor contract???????Generate Purchase orders for everything related to HR and Admin???????Hotel and ticket reservations / raise PO accordingly???????Updating regularly of communication channels???????Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality???????Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee???????Following up on new cards???????Following up on cancelation requests???????Monitor and notify for expiry dates Trade license, registrations, rent, policies, DEWA and DU contracts???????Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal???????Collect the asset list from Finance and maintain and update accordingly
