Employment: Full Time Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader for a beautiful highly luxurious property based in the Middle East. If you are looking to work with some of the best hoteliers around then this is the place to be! Are you able to work unsupervised and step in to lead a team during a shift, in the absence of the Senior Housekeeper We are looking for someone who can do this and more! Someone who is highly organized with a strong work ethic driven by success, is confident in taking responsibility for the delivery of excellent service levels to the guests whilst ensuring that the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.What will you doShare the daily tasks with Housekeepers during the daily meetingEnsure all areas are cleanMaking sure all flowers are looking freshTeam Leader will be in charge of all laundry needs. Taking it to laundry and bringing it back.Ensuring that all housekeepers equipment is cleanInspections of all areasTraining of all new staffSupervise housekeeping staff, ensuring all tasks undertaken are completed efficiently and to high standard, giving appropriate direction where necessaryAdministrative duties; use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and for data entry and records/system maintenance.Prepare daily report and feedback to Head HousekeeperBe able to adapt, be flexible to a variety of situation and remain effective to meet changing demandsPackage Details:High Tax-Free Euro Salary Based on ExperienceHousing Allowance or On-site AccommodationFull Medical InsuranceAnnual Flight Allowance12 Month renewable contract30 days annual leave REQUIREMENTS: What will you needMinimum of 2 years experience leading housekeeping in a high standards environmentGood leadershipOrganizational skillsGood command of EnglishAble to prepare daily reports using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Willingness to learn and teachAsks questions when instructions are not clearResponds appropriately to instructionsFollows guidelinesCan work as part of a teamAssists when and where neededTurn up to work on time, in uniform and presents wellConfidentiality in all areasLead by exampleAdapt easily to last-minute changesFlexible with working overtime at special occasions
