We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabis airport.Position Summary :He/She shall lead and manage Talent, Culture and learning scope for ME, KSA & Africa regions, so as to ensure the understanding, visibility and coherence across the regions in the area of Talent Management & Diversity and Learning & Development activities to drive business performance. He/she shall also lead and manage the LR10-12 recruitment and mobility.Situation in the Organization : He/She is part of the Talent and Culture Network of the Emerging Markets and will have close interface with the Thales Learning Hub in France for all Learning activities.Key Figures :Direct reports : 1Context (stakes  & specific issues) :Main Tasks  & Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Talent Management process & practices:
    • Deliver global Talent management initiatives and ensure alignment with local/regional Talent management strategies
    • Collaborate with HRBPs across the 3 regions, Regional HR Director and business leaders to drive the completion of Talent review Management i.e., succession planning, talent pipelines for senior management for MEA KSA regions
    • Ensure proper follow up of key development actions identified during the Talent review i.e., promotion forecast, talents mobility, leadership development so as to accelerate visibility and development of local talents
    • Develop relevant metrics that monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent management process.
    • Conduct leadership programs (360 assessment, department seminars etc) for senior leaders and manage integration programmes for senior leaders joining the regions.
    • Recruitment and mobility for LR10-12.
  • Manage the learning & development process:
    • Together with Regional Learning Manager, develop a regional L&D roadmap and ensure to deliver all global learning initiatives in alignment with Global L&D strategies and local business needs
    • Capability Management in support to HRBPs by way of skills/competency development, mobility or implementation of development actions
  • To provide talent support to all managers and HR Business Partners of the 3 regions.
  • Support cultural transformation in terms of leadership, diversity and digital
  • Integrate professional development, training and capability management
  • Act as an advisor or facilitator to key stakeholders in the staffing of key positions by matching demand with supply of internal potential candidates
  • Responsible for the regional and international mobility enhancement and coordination within the 3 regions and at DGDI level
Requirements :
  • Bachelor in any discipline
  • At least 10 years of experience in a talent management of which 6 years in a team leadership capacity
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies, talent identification and successions plans.
  • Strong stakeholders engagement skill; good team spirit and communication skills, ability to work under pressure in a matrix organization
