Job Description

Manage & improve Financial Performance of the Company and direct accounting operations. In charge of all finance and banking actions, reviewing and studying all financial contracts, preparing financial statements, drawing up balance sheets, giving cash flow reports, and creating budgets.Responsible for monthly consolidation & MIS, statutory audit, quarterly & annual submission of consolidated financial statements as well as annual corporate governance report to the regulators and also partner in creating and maintaining fair accounting policies. Responsible for Compliance & Insurance related activities.Job description / Key Responsibilities?

  • Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
  • Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
  • Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
  • Coordinating activities of external auditors
  • Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
  • Managing Cash flow and the budget process
  • Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
  • Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed
  • Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
  • Evaluating and managing risks?
  • Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance. Evaluating and managing risks & compliance with regulations
  • Maintain Positive revenue and financial growth
  • Implement proper financial controls to achieve organizational targets
  • Develop financial plan to support organizational strategy
  • Managing accounting records
  • Hiring, training, and retaining skilled accounting staff
